Ketology offers 30, 60, and 90 day plans to help you achieve your goals. With daily meal plans featuring recipes and shopping guides, fitness / training guides, and loads of tips and information to ensure your success, the Ketology Programs ease you into a ketogenic lifestyle so you don't quit and reach your goals! Our holistic plans aren't just about dieting, they are about improving the quality of your life!

How much weight can I expect to lose?

While results vary based on your commitment, after we understand your goals - for some, it's weight loss, for others, it's improving energy, and for others, it's improving their health in general and looking to improve their skin - we'll put your customized plan together. Most people join our programs to lose weight and many lose up to a pound a day!

How much does it cost?

Ketology offers three tiers - a 30-day plan, a 60-day plan and a 90-day plan to start, and then a maintenance plan once you finish your core program. The 30-day plan starts at $50. All plans include and lifetime access to our support community. You can always start with the 30-day plan and extend from there to ensure this program will work for you!
